Western blot analyses of the adipose tissue of the streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. a Diabetic rats were orally treated with Dracocephalum kotschyi extract (DKE) and/or pioglitazone (2 mg/rat). Adipose homogenates were analysed on a 10% SDS-polyacrylamide gel, transferred to PVDF membranes followed by incubation with the specific antibodies.
