The P values for interactions of genotypes and sex, age, BMI, drinking, smoking, hypertension, hyperlipidemia on the risk of CAD/IS were obtained from unconditional logistic regression after all the environmental factors were adjusted, and a P < 0.025 was considered statistically significant after Bonferroni correction
