Sodium butyrate inhibited breast cancer cell proliferation. MCF-7(a), MDA-MB-468(b) and MCF-10A (c) cells were treated with different concentrations of sodium butyrate (0.1–20 mM) for 24,48, 72 h. The Percentages of viable cells were determined using MTT assay. Inhibition of cell growth was occurred in time and dose-dependent manner.Data represent Mean ± SD of three separate experiments. The Statistical differences between treated and untreated groups were analyzed by ANOVA (* = P < 0.05, ** = P < 0.01, *** = P < 0.001)
