Effect of pertussis toxin (PTX) on the production of PGE2 induced by 24 h of co-culture using the contact method. The concentration of PGE2 in the co-culture medium was determined by ELISA. The concentration of PGE2 in the medium of non–co-cultured 3T3-L1 or RAW 264.7 cells served as the control.
