ANOVA was used to investigate the presence of significant difference according to time and according to APOE genotype for the relative% of saturated fatty acids (SFA), monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA), omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids (n − 3 PUFA and n − 6 PUFA). Trend effect for genotype (P = 0.084).
