  3. “0100” refers respectively the major allele of the SNP1,minor allele of the SNP2,major allele of the SNP3,major allele of the SNP4.
  4. The p value of each haplotype by the order of SNP1-SNP2-SNP3-SNP4 is relative to the other haplotypes as a group (overall p <0.0001).
